GHS To Participate in 2023 Broome Art Trail

Binghamton, NY - GHS Federal Credit Union’s Binghamton branch located at 910 Front Street will be one of the stops along this year’s Broome Art Trail. Our branch will host four (4) local artists within the lobby on October 7th and 8th from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. The community is invited to visit all stops on the trail, but we are most excited to encourage visitors to stop by GHS while on the trail to view and purchase art from our staff and members that will be tabling at the branch.

There are over 30 locations along this years trail, and more to come, and all will host local artists and their crafts on the two day trail. It is free to attend, but artists will be selling pieces. The Broome County Arts Council (BCAC) does not take commissions on any sales made through Broome Art Trail. This annual event is organized to support our community artists and their work and brings people from all over to visit Broome County and celebrate local talent.

GHS Federal Credit Union has made efforts over the last few years to support the arts, specifically local artists, and we are proud to a be a part of this exciting event this year. Over the last two years, GHS has introduced two projects to support local artists. Our branches feature local photography from our members that are changed out bi-annually, and a mural has been painted in our Binghamton branch by local high school students.

GHS has been serving the area for over 80 years - and counting - and proudly support our community partners and the arts.
